*Junior registration: applies to Master’s students or PhD candidates at the time of registration. Please upload a scanned copy of your valid student ID card (showing expiration date clearly) or a letter signed by your supervisor stating your PhD status. Registrations without valid proof within 14 days will be cancelled.
**Inclusivity and accessibility are top priorities for the ESB2025 organizers. To support participation from areas with limited resources and opportunities, reduced registration fees are available for participants with affiliation in countries with Human Development Index (HDI) < 0.850.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is subject to the following terms:

until June 15, 2026: no cancellation fee, an administration cost of € 50,00 will be deducted from the refund;
from June 15 to July 15, 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded;
after July 15, 2026: no refund will be issued;
no refund will be made in case of non-appearance.

All changes and cancellations have to be communicated via email to esb2026@medicongress.com. The date on which the email is received shall be deemed as the cancellation date. Changes of participant’s name have to be communicated via email to esb2026@medicongress.com.
