*Applies to Master’s students or PhD candidates at the time of registration. Please upload a scanned copy of your valid student ID card (showing expiration date clearly) or a letter signed by your supervisor stating your PhD status. Registrations without valid proof within 14 days will be cancelled.

By registering, you will become a member of the European Society for Biomaterials (ESB) until March 31, 2027. For more information about the European Society for Biomaterials, please visit www.esbiomaterials.eu

Students are strongly encouraged to apply for the Rudolf Cimdins Scholarship. This scholarship is given by the ESB council and covers the full ESB conference registration fee of students (Bachelor, Master or PhD) who would otherwise not be able to attend the conference, as they come from a poorly funded country/group = Human Development Index (HDI) < 0.850.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is subject to the following terms:

until March 15, 2026: no cancellation fee, an administration cost of € 50,00 will be deducted from the refund;
from March 15 to July 15, 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded;
after July 15, 2026: no refund will be issued;
no refund will be made in case of non-appearance.

All changes and cancellations have to be communicated via email to esb2026@medicongress.com. The date on which the email is received shall be deemed as the cancellation date. Changes of participant’s name have to be communicated via email to esb2026@medicongress.com.
