19:00: Arrival and registration
19:30 – 20:00: Welcome reception with sparkling wine, wines, beers, soft drinks and appetizers
20:00 – 23:00: Three-course seated dinner including wines, beers, soft drinks and water
23:00 – 02:00: Party with DJ and open bar featuring wines, draft beers, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea
